her: vegan & gluten free banana/blueberry cupcakes
this was my first time making vegan & gluten free cupcakes. vegan cupcakes i’m okay with. gluten free was a little bit of an adventure. i had to make 2 batches of these cupcakes. not going to lie. first batch was pretty much an EPIC fail.
2nd batch=much better :)
i made about a dozen & a half for an amazing commitment ceremony for an even more amazing couple who we would like to wish a life of love & happiness… *hugs*
sorry for the random posts, we’ll get back to something regularly soon… july has been a little bit crazy/hectic.
