her: mini carrot cupcakes
so, here’s the thing. baking hasn’t been super high on the to-do list lately. sorta sad, but definitely the reality lately. on sunday i got back to baking business, even if it was just for the afternoon… it was delightful. i missed my kitchenaid and i’m sure she missed me too. she’s been feeling a little neglected lately…

but, such is life sometimes ;)
carrot cake & cream cheese frosting is one of my fav combos. seriously, yummmmmmmmmx2.
