her: peach & blackberry pie
soooo…. while the boy was at the gym monday night discussing their upcoming “clean eating” challenge… i was at home. making a pie. ;) that’s how we make it work around here.
the peach & blackberry combo is really delish… sweet & tart, the flavors blend together very nicely.
i’m getting a little bit better with the pie dough, i’ve realized one of the best things about pie-besides eating it with vanilla ice cream is that even if it looks a hot mess before it goes into the oven… when it comes out, it’s always beautiful!
expect to see lots of pie around here this fall & winter…
