her: pumpkin spice latte cupcakes
i usually drink drip coffee with vanilla coffee mate cream (which btw is like crack. i’m addicted to it. i refuse to give it up.) but lately, i’ve been getting a pumpkin spice latte with a pump of caramel and an outrageous amount whipped cream. i’m happy. my wallet is not… *le*sigh*

obviously, i heart baking… but, sometimes i just don’t have the time. chocolate covered strawberries are a super quick, everyone loves them and they’re just pretty. i heart pretty as much as baking :)
i use ghirardelli chocolate, but feel free to use whatever makes you happy.

so, a while back was national banana lovers day. how did we celebrate? oh you know… with mini banana & dulce de leche cupcakes with pink sprinkles & itty bitty hearts ;)
if you’ve never had dulce de leche, buy it by the case full and get ready to eat it by the spoon full. it’s caramely but not at the same time. it’s rich and sweet but not overpowering....
